We want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear; if you are not, you may return your controller within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Controller

  Securely place the controller and all original accessories back into the HexGaming box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
